Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Sa Ironing & Alterations (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using our website, booking services, or submitting orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
 

2. Services

  • Ironing: From $3 per item, with a fast turnaround — usually the following day or the day after, and within 3 days at the latest.

  • Washing: Wash, Dry & Fold from $20 per load (up to 6kg / approximately 25 items). Wash, Dry & Iron is also available.

  • Collection & Delivery: FREE collection and delivery is available within our service areas, subject to minimum order requirements based on distance.

  • Commercial Laundry: Managed laundry solutions are available for cafés, restaurants and businesses, with scheduled collection and reliable delivery.

3. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be made via our website, phone, or in person.

  • Prices are as listed on our website and may vary for complex items or special requests.

  • Payment is due upon booking or collection, unless otherwise agreed.
     

4. Collection & Delivery

  • Free collection & delivery is available for orders exceeding the stated minimum charges.

  • For orders below the minimum, customers are responsible for drop-off/pick-up.

  • We aim to meet all requested dates, but times are indicative and not guaranteed.
     

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Refunds are provided only for orders that have not yet been processed or collected.

  • Once garments have been altered, washed, or ironed, refunds are not available.
     

6. Liability

  • We take care when handling garments; however, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or fabrics unsuitable for processing.

  • We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including extreme weather or delivery issues.
     

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information when booking services, including garment details, dates, and contact information.

  • Ensure garments are suitable for the service requested.

  • Notify us of any delicate fabrics or special requirements.
     

8. Privacy

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
 

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
